I submitted my draft on New Years Eve, on the morning of 2nd Jan I had the final proof version back to check, and a phone call to ensure I had got it and could approve it quickly. I did that straight away, the print was done in the afternoon and it was shipped the same afternoon. I received 10am am the next morning, and it is really nice. Great service considering there was a bank holiday in the middle. Less than two working days from submission to receipt. And a very nice item too.
