3.0 is overly generous. My order never arrived, and I didn't receive a confirmation email. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch; I sent multiple emails with my order number and got no response. When I finally reached someone, they outright lied to me. Initially, they said there was no order, and when I provided the confirmation number, they claimed they couldn't locate my address. It's absurd. However, they certainly found my bank account. They are a scam, plain and simple.
