3.0 is far too generous. I never received my order, and there was no confirmation email. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch; I sent multiple emails with my order number and received no replies. Eventually, when I managed to speak with someone, they outright lied to me. Initially, they said there was no order, and when I provided the confirmation number, they claimed they couldn't locate my address. It's hard to believe they can find my bank account but not my home. This is clearly a scam.
