I'm confused by the negative reviews as I honestly couldn’t be happier with my order from Print Atelier!!
The prints arrived exactly as described on the website, the quality is beautiful and the paper feels really premium, and they look even better framed on my wall than I expected.
What made the experience even better was the customer service. I DM’d them before ordering because I couldn’t decide which prints would go best together, and they actually helped me choose! They were so patient and gave genuine suggestions based on the vibe I wanted.
They also surprised me with a few free extra prints in my package, which was such a sweet touch and made it feel really personal.
Everything was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about their customers and their brand.
