This review is based on a couple of issues in had recently as I’ve been ordering regularly from them for a number of years but recently the care and attention has not been the same. 2 order issues recently:
1. This is the most recent issue, one of my January 2026 orders, part of the order was sent to me on time, one box was sent to me around a week or 10 days later. I’ll be contacting my bank to make a claim for this.
2. This was a couple of months back where I didn’t approve the proof but someone did, but it could ONLY have been done on their end, but no one took responsibility for it.
Prior to this, generally haven’t had many issues, but these two issues for me, affected how I see things
