I have the worst experience I’ve ever come across with a company taking accountability of their error. I purchased items and paid for 1-2 business day shipping to ensure the package came in time for Christmas. They shipped 3 day and tried to put the error on the shipping company. I told them to reroute the package back to them as I didn’t need the items if they were going to be after Christmas. They did nothing. When I received the package, it came after Christmas and the label clearly stated 3 day. They now want me to pay for the shipping to return the items after their employees mistake.
