Never received the items and now fighting to get my money back. Printworks issued a wrong invoice to UPS resulting in import charges in the UK. When I contacted them they apologised and reassured me I did not have to pay the charges and they will take care of it. But they never did. UPS tried to deliver parcel 5 times but understandably didn’t hand it over without me paying the huge import tax. I asked printworks whether I should pay the charges and they reimburse me, I also sent them the payment link for the charges but they didn’t sort it so each time UPS knocked on my door I couldn’t accept the delivery as the charges were not paid. So the parcel is now on the way way back to Scandinavia and I’m fighting to get my money back.Poor standard and absolutely unacceptable to let your customers pay the price for an admin error on their side.
