I purchased a vinyl and paid extra for a priority shipping option. It’s been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have not recieved any tracking. I emailed the company twice to ask for an update and they said it would likely be here around mid February which is a month after I purchased. I told them I paid for priority shipping and they basically said that didn’t matter, I’m not exaggerating and now I cannot get a response after asking simply for tracking. I can’t speak on the quality of the item but customer service is absolutely horrible and the ship time is horrendous. If you do order, don’t waste your money on any type of expedited shipping and don’t expect a response from customer service. Would not purchase again regardless of quality
