For starters, despite my putting the correct address on my order, they managed to mess that up and put the incorrect postcode on my order meaning it got lost in transit for over a month. I recieved very little help from PrintYourVinyl, and all of their responses to my emails featured "written with AI" at the bottom which says a lot.After being lost, my record has finally shown up but is completely damaged and still printed incorrectly despite the proofs that they sent showing no defects. I'd avoid using this service and instead opt for another company that isn't ran by AI as it will likely deliver a better quality product.
