Absolutely terrible customer service and organization. I still haven't recieved my package after over 2 months due to them shipping my blanket incorrectly. Their response to my emails is not only slow, but they like to lie about orders (they told me my package had left the US and they could no longer help me, but when I finally got into contact with USPS I was told that it had been stuck in customs because they shipped it incorrectly and never fixed their mistake). Definitely go anywhere else for pet stuff!
