I placed an order for two products on December 1st as their website noted this was plenty of time for me to receive my order by Christmas. After hearing nothing from them for 2 weeks about shipment I emailed them and each time they responded with a generic email stating it takes "2-3 weeks from date of purchase to when it arrives at my door." After 6 weeks I FINALLY received one item however have no information about the second product I ordered. Customer service is horrible and they generate automatic emails to respond about where your items are in the timeline. I do not recommend as you will be waiting forever to hear back and it will take twice as long if not more for you to receive anything in the mail.
