In JULY 2024 We started a New LLC and needed to procure funding. We researched and reached out to a few Financial funding Entities promising certain results in funding. One of those was PRIORITIZE FINANCIAL. We however did NOT sign with PRIORITIZE FINANCIAL initially but instead signed with a different company We had researched and proceeded to move forward with them.The process with them was sketchy, questionable and hasty in many ways to say the least. They rushed Us through convoluted processes of documentation, numerous phone calls from a plethora of so called employees with many different phone numbers. Guaranteeing funding they also demanded an "upfront" percentage payment before receiving any funding, with a large penalty for cancellation almost immediately upon signing the initial contract, leaving Us with the feeling of being "stuck" and or swindled. Once they started the process of contacting all Our creditors and other possible Financial Institutions, We received a "Dated Invoice" for services rendered before receiving the promised funding. The Invoice was actually more than agreed in the contract. When contacting them about the invoice, We were told not to worry, it was only a formality, and is all in the contract. It was not, and the Invoice had a "Due Date" that was almost immediate, therefore We promptly paid. In attempts to contact the company after paying the Invoice, and or questioning their process, there was no response. Emails were not answered, the funding or credit promised was never received.Fortunately during, before and after We had been in contact with PRIORITIZE FINANCIAL. They were very personable, informative and communicative.They were very sympathetic and apologetic on behalf of "so called creditors or financial firms" that would "scam" Small Businesses, or anyone for that matter assuring Us that although there are some companies that have done that, everyone is Not like that. They guided Us through some very important steps and aided Us in a process and provided information to recover a great deal of the capitol of which We were Scammed out of, and continued to stay in communication.Because of the previous problem with the other company, Our credit scores also took a tremendous hit and decreased rather rapidly and astronomically. For a small fee, PRIORITIZE FINANCIAL helped to remove the unnecessary "Hard Inquiries" on Our credit reports.PRIORITIZE FINANCIAL has been a great asset to Our company. They have also provided valuable information in assisting Us to purchase a much needed Vehicle for Our business.Legally being in business only a few months We are very grateful to Prioritize Financial for all their assistance in every way and We will endeavor to continue doing business with them in the future.
