This added time to our journey.Reached Heathrow late. Ayhan parked up. Came and helped me. Tried to get assistance with the phone provided. No reply. Commandeered a young couple to help me, as walking walkway not working!Too late for check in Ayhan waited. To our surprise it was still open. Text Ayhan. Realising he had incurred an overstaying fine I offered to pay it. He would not let me.Told only reason check in was open was because the plane was delayed arriving. Praise the Lord!I left my drinking flask in the car, and Ayhan delivered it.What service!!I have already booked Ayhan for my next trip in July 2026. This time closer to home Southampton, as a Cruise.
