My wife purchased a pair of Nike trainers for me as a Christmas present. After wearing twice a part of the bottom became loose. An email was sent with a swift response from Prestine fits asking if we would like them replaced or a full refund which really impressed me initially. Unfortunately since our response on 5th January there has been no further contact. I had tried calling and even used WhatsApp using the contact number for customer services but seems I have reached a dead end. I’d love this to be resolved and would give them a second chance to refund or replace them and not lose me as a customer.
