I am a big advocate of Privacy Bootcamp. I used it on the CIPP/US and AIGP tests, and I passed both on the first try. The programs are very well organized. They match the IAPP body of knowledge closely, and they relay the necessary information in a manner that is easy to process. The flashcards and practice questions also really help.
