I ordered a bottle of Mescal on 10/02/2025, expecting delivery in a few days. After delays and misleading updates, I was informed of incorrect address issues despite providing it correctly. I waited all day for a promised delivery that never came, and now I must travel to collect it. The support team refuses to issue a refund, claiming it's beyond their control. I will dispute the charge but will not use this service again.
