Chef Giovani catered for the private lunch for my husband’s 50th birthday. He was accommodating and explained the ingredients used in all the meals he prepared and served.I do not usually eat salmon, but the aroma of Chef Giovani’s smoked salmon was inviting, and I couldn't wait to try it.
