I have a 3-year subscription and previously rated the service highly. However, it has become unusable. I reached out via Live Chat and explained that while it worked well for a long time, I haven't been able to use it for about three months due to frequent disconnections. Even after closing the application, I lost internet connection, requiring a reboot of my computer. This issue occurred on two different devices. Despite reinstalling the latest version, the problem persists. I have now switched to another service without issues. I made it clear in the chat that the main problem is staying connected, not just connecting. The representative misunderstood and suggested changes that did not address my issue. With 436 days left on my subscription, I am considering discontinuing my use of the service.
