I was in desperate need for pain medication. I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor for 11 days, and a&e would only refer me to my go. I had a telephone appointment with private medical clinic at 9.30. The Dr said I would receive a text with a link to pay for the prescription. I received an email with a link to a blank page. I called the Sutton Coldfield number and was on hold 18 minutes before being cut off. I called again and was on hold for 70 minutes before I gave up. An hour later the Dr called me to chase payment and I explained the issue with the email. She said it was a glitch and would try again. Again the email link didn’t work. I called them using the number that the doctor had just called me from. I explained and was told an admin person would call me. A few minutes later I was called and an admin person took payment over the phone. I was told I would then get a text to show the pharmacist. Three hours later and still no text. I call them again using the number that worked and I was told that I’d need to call an 0208 number. When I explained that this was the number I previously called I was eventually transferred through to someone who said they would then send me the text. I then got the text and went to the pharmacist. The tablets didn’t have any instructions from the dr as to how much to take, and there wasn’t even a week’s worth as the doctor had promised. It took 6 hours to get the prescription for pain medication, cost £87 in total, and it’s not even enough for a full week. I would not recommend this service.
