I was contacted by Joe Howell who called exactly when I arranged the time slot. He was very friendly and professional when explaining the service, the process and how the insurance will benefit me as well as asking the right questions to find the best options available. His follow up was great and although I was often unavailable, he sent information via email which was helpful and we got things sorted when we eventually got in touch. As for the product, it's peace of mind at the end of the day and I hope it will help me in the future should I get sick and need time off for recovery which I'm currently not eligible for!
