Today I went to through the app to withdraw funds that I have played through.I went to "Request Withdrawal" and was prompted to add my bank account, so I did.After going through the process of adding my bank account, I see that $100 was added to my balance, and now I do not meet the requirements to withdraw my money.I went through customer service, including a supervisor, and they only keep repeating that I made a deposit and they cannot refund me and that I need to play through.On top of this, I don't see any pending charges on my bank accounts, so this was clearly added by the app.This feels like an outright scam. They've locked up funds by adding money to my balance and claiming that I made a deposit.Still going back and forth with customer service, but they keep ignoring me and just repeating themselves.
