The tables/bins that we bought were good quality. However, the instructions among the worst I have ever worked with. Ironically, the bolts were labeled well, but there was no corresponding instructions to go with the nicely labeled bags of hardware. It was also weird to have to go purchase a drill bit to drill through the plastic tubs of the bins before trying to figure out which bolts go where.
I called to order a laundry cart and left a message. The good news shortly later they me back and I gave my order. Next I was sent texts on my order update for arrival. The guy I talked to was very nice and knowable about the business. I appreciated being able to talk to a real person. Thank you, the laundry cart was exactly what I wanted.
