I wish there were a zero-star option — I’d pick that instead of one. The service is overly complex, the support and management team are careless, and overall it’s unreliable.Also, watch out for their Benzinga Pro trial trap. You sign up for a trial, and if you forget to cancel (which happens easily in a busy week), they refuse to refund you. Despite sending plenty of irrelevant marketing emails, they conveniently skip reminding you that your trial is ending — clearly intentional. I can only imagine how many millions they make off this quiet trick.There are better, more transparent alternatives out there — with simpler platforms and customer support that actually takes responsibility.
Cancel my account and credit my card that I used to join. Your site is vague and ambiguous, and I can't easily get to any constructive information to consider investing in any securities'. Just another scam I suppose. canceling this with Amex if you don't.
