usually great service have had no problems for years (selling only)but now ive had nothing but issues recently. first of all bank transfers, i gave u 6-7 different sums of gold totaling upto around 400 usd? 4-5 days apart, not once did u say your having issues with bank transfers so i kept on giving gold, i dont check my bank as i trust u to pay ive been a customer for many years (never not received a payment).But the last trade we did you again did not mention any problems with bank transfer until i accepted, then u replied with we're having problems atm with bank transfer can we pay you out any other way...clearly had a customer waiting on gold and just f'd me off to get the sale done. Anyway after weeks of waiting around for the payments i finally needed the money so got paid out via paypal which ended up costing me 40usd in fees, Tbh i think its on your end and you should of paid me the full amount because its not my fault, but w.e i lost 40 dollars..Now the real problem that has made me write this, LIAM.Im actually sick to death of this guy, he constantly undercuts me and my friends, its never the correct money. We agree on a price and get another amount in the bank (this is not including fees). he must be making 10-15 usd per sale he rips. He either says its 3-4 cents lower than the actual price or he will just take money from the sale, i literally have to reconnect on my phone/laptop if i get him in chat and hope i get another staff member because i know he will uncut me, he will offer me 65, i reconnect get matched with micheal or august anyone its 68-69... i dont know if hes the owner or something but hes constantly trying to uncut, then the other day i finally called him out on it and he said "x" is the highest we can do which was the correct amount..FINALLY! but oh no.. he put the amount in for 16m lower on the banktransfer i know this because i have proof, on the their bank statement another worker gave me for another pending payment i saw he put in for 16m less than i traded him and i have proof of trading him the correct amount with him also confirming the correct amount.. ive finally become wise to it after a few people mentioning hes doing it with bank transfers and decided to take a picture this once of sale just to make sure, and boom caught him red handed first time, god knows how long hes been doing it to me because i trust probemas and dont really check payments, well kinda sad their worker plays off trust like that.. if he cant undercut u he just takes your gold!!! what a joke. will not be using probemas anymore after 7+ years of selling to them. TLDR: certain worker is scammingnot to mention the very suspect imposters that come by, 2-3 times hes confirmed the amount in chat but then ive realized its the wrong account, (very close spelling) then hes said oops sorry thats the wrong world come here instead, very dodgy will never use probemas again.took me 1 hour to find a better buyer its not like you dont have competition is it? liam scammer dog.
