First order went well, got the gold in a couple minutes.Second order...I was told they required a picture of my ID along with a hand written note with the order ID and today's date. Website clearly states that would not be required at all, but I was hit with the run around and forced to request a refund, having my money tied up for at least 5 business days, because I couldn't even produce a hand written note if I wanted to due to not having the supplies. Who the hell has scratch paper laying around nowadays? Very disappointed.Edit: It is now two weeks later and I have yet to receive my refund and am getting no help from their customer service. They have scammed me of my money.Edit 2: Got a CSR that said they would pass the inquiry to their accountant after I told them I haven't received the refund, yet. Got an email an hour later saying I could have the refund or the gold delivered without ID needed. So, eventually I got what I paid for.
