I'm in the process of setting up a print-on-demand and drop-shipping service for my art posters and custom books. I intended to use this service as the backend and wanted to have proofs made before shipping. However, I'm unable to upload a PDF to complete the setup. I've reached out to support and, similar to another reviewer, they've acknowledged my email and claimed to forward the issue, but I've heard nothing after five days and two follow-up emails. Additionally, there are inconsistencies between the product specifications on the product page and those in their auto-response emails. After attempting to make adjustments to the PDF myself, I still can't get the product to load into my shopping cart. Given this experience and the upcoming holiday rush, I believe it would be unwise to continue with this service. I once read a review from months ago with a similar situation and a representative promised to prevent such issues in the future. Clearly, these problems persist. If a company cannot perform at the trial level, the likelihood of a customer opting for premium services will be low. Timely responses are crucial in print-on-demand and drop-shipping, and if this service cannot deliver, they should reconsider their business model.
