Formerly riffusion, where they changed what we got for our subscriptions AFTER we paid, then ignored all complaints. This time they tell us we have two days to download all of our music etc, because they are deleting it all in two days. There are no tools to facilitate this. Downloading HQ files takes several minutes before the server responds, as it seems to recreate the HQ files when needed, storing only M4A. Their site probably does not even have the bandwidth to allow the sudden rush of customers to do so, not to mention their system does not have the power to handle this many requests at once, and keeps generating errors. Basically, you cannot trust this mob.
