I had a delivery of a Bosch washing and product care delivered it. There lied to my girlfriend who has a serious mental health illness. They didn’t fit the new washing machine and didn’t take the old one away. So now my girlfriend who is on very low income has to pay £80 for the council to take the washer away and is out of pocket for the fitting and removal of the old washer which didn’t happen. This is such a bad experience and I can’t believe the people get away with this.
