I was waiting for a parcel from Temu, which was to be delivered on the 10/12th April, it is not Temu I am complaining about, it is the delivery company, "Team Global Express ".....They are the worst company out here in Townsville, I got so much run around with them...I have a delivery drop off area, which is Australia Post in Cranbrook/ Aitkenvale area, which is not hard to find....Well I get a few messages from this company, to say unable to locate delivery address, you have got to be kidding me.....So I rang the company & asked about my parcel, which the girl said yes it is in the depot, I said to her how hard is it to find the Australia Post office, & she replied well we don't deliver to any Australia Post, we have our own designated drop off points, too which I go ok, & she said one of them was the newsagent at the hospital, so I said ok no problem, drop it there for me...Well I rang the newsagent next day enquiring about my parcel & they said no parcel there for me....Later on that day, I get a phone call from a driver for this company & he asked where can he drop my parcel off to, & I mentioned too him, I have a Australia Post office drop off point, he goes yeah I will take it there...Later on I get another message from whoever, to say unable to locate delivery address, by this time I am starting to feel peeved off, I ring the company again the next day, mind you so far each call I am on the mobile phone for over a hour, waiting for them too answer, so eventually when the girl answered, I asked all questions about my parcel, & give her the tracking number, & she said yes parcel is in depot...Then she asked me, can the driver drop it off at my address & I said yes, but gave her strict instructions where to leave the parcel & she said that is no problem, she was writing everything down for the driver, so he can do it, & it would be delivered later that day on the Tuesday...Well Tuesday went with no parcel being dropped off, well Wednesday checked my tracking again & it comes up is in transit at 6.15 a.m., I had too go out later on in the morning, checking every hour with my tracking & till the same in transit...I get home & it eventually says parcel delivered, I check the area where I gave instructions for my parcel too be put, & parcel not there, mind you I told the receptionist, I don't have dogs in my yard.....Well now I thought where did the driver take my parcel, if it was delivered, well when I opened my front door, the parcel was on the front porch, just above the top stairs, in full view of anyone walking past my place too see, which my area has a lot of people walking past my place everyday....So I rang the company again, & still waiting over an hour for them to answer, had to hang up as it went past 5.00pm, so I tried again the next day, before I had too go out back too the hospital, as I am having a few health issues, well I waited 67 minutes on the phone & still no one answering the phone...Team Global Express are the worst company ever, in delivering your parcels & too customer service....I have told Temu never to give any future parcels too them, only too be picked up by Australia Post......When I picked my parcel up off the verandah, there was a huge note stuck to the parcel, in bold writing with all the instructions, & still the driver ignored everything on the note....
