My EV charger was installed on Friday and I couldn’t be more pleased with the install. The communication from the scheduling team was first class prior to the installation date. Your installer Sean was exceptional and explained the process clearly throughout. My father-in-law lives with us and has dementia so he gets easily confused. I never got the opportunity to explain this to Sean, but I quickly realised I didn’t need to as he was fantastic with him and his customer care and communication skills were exceptional.
