Ordered during Black Friday with a promised 10-day delivery. More than 4 months later, nothing has been delivered.Delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back and now have completely disappeared. Customer support has no answers, no timeline, and provides no updates.I have paid for a product I never received, and I haven’t been refunded either. At this point, this experience feels completely unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the store's legitimacy.I’m relieved I didn’t order anything else from here. Avoid if you expect honest delivery times or basic customer service.
