I ordered an item that was advertised as "in stock", and was estimated to be shipped the next day. Six days went by with no shipment notification or tracking updates. The only way to check status was by creating an account on their website, which still showed the same "estimated to ship [6 days earlier]" message. Their chatbot just repeated that it was "estimated to ship" six days earlier.When I called customer support, I learned that the item had been delayed at their distributor and wouldn't arrive for another ~12 days. In other words, the "in stock" claim was off by about 20 days, and I received no notification about this delay.Credit where credit is due, phone support was great. There was no wait time, the person I spoke with was friendly and transparent, and they canceled my order instantly when I requested it.
