The company site mentioned 3-5 days for delivery, but after one month the company has not delivered the ordered tool, and answered to my requests. The support team only says we haven’t forgotten you!!!! But cannot clear the situation. I cancelled the order, the company hasn’t refunded. The company is wasting my time.
