This first thing I ever ordered from Proffsmagasinet was a Dewalt mitre saw. It took a while to arrive, and I unboxed it, it had sawdust in the right spaces of the saw body. I called up to complain and was told they don’t sell repaired, returned or opened goods - it had SAWDUST on it, and had clearly been “cleaned”, but not carefully enough.Luckily it worked fine, so I decided to keep it and, in all fairness, it’s been fine. (Still doesn’t make it ok though)A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a Festool table saw blade and a new sawstop cartridge for my festool table saw. Both products were marked as “ships in 2-3 days,” which was fine as I had a week to finish a project. It’s been 14 days now and I still haven’t received anything. Customer service couldn’t give me any accuracy as to when it might arrive, and just sent basic responses like “well get your goods in 2-3 days, then send them out” - personally, I don’t think this is good enough if you’re servicing professionals... we have deadlines. I’ll never order from them again. Untrustworthy and poor service.
