This is not a review of the product I bought for the simple reason that I’ve never used it. This is a review of Proffsmagasinet customer service which is driving me beyond the edge of frustration or sanity. I wanted to return my order the day it was delivered because I no longer needed it. Followed their return instructions. Several emails and absolutely no reply to emails. Trying to call on the phone is impossible. Why? Because they never ever answer. I’ve been on hold for a record 25 minutes and still no answer on about 10 times I tried to call them. The problem is I have to buy a prepaid return postage label so I can return my order. Without that I can’t return it. I’m losing the will to live with a company that might as well be fictional when there’s no reply to emails or phone. I am now thinking of reporting them to the trading standards agency because they are in breach of purchase agreements if I can’t return my order within days of receiving it. If I don’t hear from them by next week, it will be a complaint to the trading standards that they’ll hear from. So, my short advice is DO NOT buy anything from Proffsmagasinet if you don’t want elevated levels of your blood pressure. To this day I don’t know what to do to return an unopened and unused order to a company that doesn’t give a damn about customers or even talking to them. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!
