My experience with ProfitUni has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I am writing this review to ensure others are fully aware of what they may face after enrollment. From the very beginning, I was not interested in enrolling in the program. However, Mr. Pranav (sales representative) repeatedly assured me that if I chose not to continue for any reason, the full amount would be refunded without any questions. At no point was I informed about LMS charges or any hidden deductions. This assurance was the sole reason I agreed to make the payment.Later, when I requested a refund (as I decided not to proceed), I was shocked to learn that ProfitUni suddenly introduced LMS charges, which were never mentioned earlier. I even asked on WhatsApp what LMS charges were, clearly indicating that this was never disclosed before enrollment.Important facts:I have not attended a single live sessionI have not accessed any recordings or LMS contentThis can be verified through their internal logsDespite this, I was told that the refund was “settled by mutual agreement,” which is completely false. I never agreed—verbally or in writing—to any partial refund or LMS deductions. While I understand that GST or standard service charges may not be refundable, the remaining amount should have been refunded, as clearly promised. After multiple follow-ups:Mr. Pranav stopped responding entirelyI was redirected to Mr. Vaibhav (mentioned as a senior person), who also provided no resolutionI was repeatedly told that I would receive a call “shortly” or “tomorrow,” but no calls ever cameThis pattern of repeatedly promising calls and never following through shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. What is more concerning is that during the sales discussion, Mr. Pranav even cited the involvement of Mrs. Kartiki Gaikwad-Pise and Mr. Ronit, implying that since reputed personalities are involved, false commitments would never be made. Unfortunately, the ground reality was the opposite. This creates a misleading impression and reflects poorly on the brand’s ethics.I truly believe the leadership may not be aware of how sales commitments are being made and later denied. However, as a customer, I was left feeling misled, unsupported, and mentally exhausted due to constant follow-ups with no closure.₹5,000 is not a small amount, and customers should not be forced to chase a company endlessly for something that was clearly promised.Strong advice to prospective students:Get every single commitment in writing before making any payment. Do not rely on verbal assurances, as they may not be honored later. This has been one of the worst post-enrollment support experiences I have faced.
