Such a shame with this one, as I thought what they offered was genuinely a smart idea for people of all ages. They're simply unable to pay once you reach the required threshold. I'm not sure how they survive as a business with this current model.
Plenty of other apps like this work just fine. You can withdraw what you want, no problems at all. What's the issue, Prograd? Cash flow? I suspect an investigation is on its way.
