As a developer, I signed up to evaluate this service.I quickly realised it wasn't "yet mature" (which is my polite way of saying it wasn't very good). That's fine.I requested that they cancelled my account. Taht's when things got a bit odd. I had no "password" when I signed up. I tried to reset my password from the link on their website but it took me to a styleguide page. I contacted customer services who, after I explained this to them, told me to reset my PW via the website link.They did not cancel my account. In fact, they decided to take a bunch of money out of my account.I now have to deal with chargebacks and creditcard companies. Avoid this company like the plague.
