I have had chronic pain in both knees, patellar tendonitis , fat pad inflammation, in addition to acl surgery. I have been unemployed for four years due to the pain and have been a couch potato ever since. It was even to the point where i couldn't stand to cook for too long , so i had to rely on microwave meals to get by. I tried everything you can imagine, appointments with the GP , 6 physios , cortisone and rehabilitation.
