I ordered an item, and after it was ordered, I found an item locally at a cheaper price I requested to cancel my order because I had no need for it now and the gentleman agreed on but upon investigation, he realized it was shipped earlier than expected. He told me to contact them back once I receive it, and I can return. The day I received the items I requested a return they asked for pictures which I sent them pictures of the box sealed, and then me opening the box which included two smaller boxes I opened the top box, sent them pictures and never even opened the second box. They provided me with an RMA number, and I shipped back the return. I received an email telling me they were denying my return item was scratched and looked like it attempted to be installed. I had no use for the item. I tried canceling it before it shipped, because I already had what I needed installed on my vehicle. The pictures they provided me so no sign of anything that they are saying. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am fighting for a refund at this point it is just complete nonsense and when I tried to call the customer service number they do not give you an option to talk to a person unless you have an extension. So good luck trying to contact a person. I have sent three emails back requesting that is supervisor contact me.
