In the ad on Instagram they tell you its $19.99 a month, and when you click on it to purchase, you are not charged $19.99, but $239.99. I emailed them that it was a mistake and they only wrote back that they do not give refunds. Then they AUTOCHARGED ME AGAIN $239.99 THE NEXT YEAR! I I wrote them/emailed their customer service over 10 times in both cases and they just come back with "we do not give refunds." They obviously don't make money getting actors work or they wouldn't be stealing people's money. I recently went to other review sites like Sitejab, BBB and TrustPilot, and found many other people saying the same thing about Project Casting. I'm guessing the good reviews you have are fake. I'm glad other people wrote about their nightmare experience with Project Casting - makes me realize I was trapped like they were. It wasn't my fault. They have every intention of ripping you off. My recommendation: DO NOT click on a Project Casting ad.
