Extremely poor service! If I could rate it lower than one star, I would. The item was handed over on 17/12/25 and has yet to be delivered, sitting in the depot for three weeks with no delivery date in sight. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, only to receive the same empty reassurances. I wanted to pick it up myself, but that option was unavailable. This company is a total disaster. I strongly recommend avoiding any online platform that utilizes this service!
