I ordered a parcel weeks ago for delivery on December 29th, but as of January 6th, it still shows as in transit. I called customer service to ask about it, but after a long hold, I spoke with someone who was indifferent and simply said it should arrive next week. Very rude and unhelpful. I strongly advise against using this delivery service if you expect timely deliveries.
