Parcel thrown over side gate of a neighbour’s house, the parcel is an electrical device. The parcel had my address clearly printed on it and my front door number is displayed very clearly and twice. I had left instructions to put this package in my delivery box at my side gate. Surely drivers should be able to understand door numbers on a property. I received various emails from DHL saying my package was going to be delivered to my address and then it goes over another property’s side gate. Very poor service.
