Negative first so we can end on a positive, this delivery was due to arrive Monday , towards the end of Monday had a tx to say it was due to arrive on Thursday and gave an hour window on Thursday for it to arrive. It then out of the blue ,no text prior, Tuesday morning it suddenly arrived with email after to say it had been delivered . Poor consistency and communication.On the positive side , I have a note on door as doorbell is broken and I had left instruction for all taped over it , driver clearly read this which is good (as many others doing deliveries from elsewhere don't bother to read and just knock) Driver then followed the instructions on it and left everything as they found it . I was grateful for this 😊
