GLS is quite a peculiar company. My parcel arrived in the country three weeks ago, and they attempted delivery five times (I was home, and no one came). Then they told me to be patient. I’ve called them multiple times, each time taking over an hour because they are 'busy' 24/7. I emailed them about the parcel twelve times, none of which were answered. They returned the parcel to the center five times after trying to deliver it, even though I paid for express delivery. If you want to stress over a delivery, make sure you order from a website that uses this service.
