GLS, what can I say, what a disappointment. I have a product inside a box worth a good amount of money, and it has been missing for nearly four weeks. GLS has done nothing but provide excuse after excuse. When it was marked 'out for delivery,' no delivery was made, just saying the box couldn't be delivered. Now, where my box was supposed to go, they refuse to take any responsibility. This box was meant for repairs, and I've already paid for them. Someone needs to take responsibility because the contents are not cheap. My only option now is legal action. I will pursue GLS for everything they owe me. We should all unite to rid ourselves of this service once and for all and hold them accountable.
