In the last month, I've had two packages I've been waiting to receive go missing in the GLS Dublin warehouse. The first was a Smyths package pre-Christmas that sat in their warehouse for over 3 days only for Smyths to issue me with a refund and request a return to sender. This time, it's fuel I ordered on December 30th. The initial due date was Jan 6th. Then 7th-8th. It's now January 9th, and it's been sitting in their warehouse since the 6th. I've repeatedly tried to contact them via email, and there has been zero response. AVOID at all costs.
