GLS driver buzzed my bell today to deliver my order, once I arrived less than few minutes later, my order was no where to be seen. I contacted customer service who called him and he came back to my apartment, only to claim that my package might have been stolen which didn’t add up. Funny thing was that on email confirmation of delivery, he said my order was delivered at 2.07 pm when he rang my bell at 1.27pm. I find it suspicious because my apartment is in a secured space and closed off to anyone. People leave items in the mail box for as long as possible and it is safe. The delivery driver said the same thing had happened in the another apartment complex which made me curious why he didn’t wait for me to take the item from him if he knew something similar had happen earlier? I have also informed the brand as this is poor service. I find it very suspicious. And after reading the reviews, it’s likely that packages are being taken by the drivers.
