Eventually gls gave my parcels to the isreali postal service to return to sender. Of course the incompetent buffoons didn't think to keep the isreali track and trace numbers.Despite 23 calls to comedy central and speaking to two completely ignorant female customer service agents who have no idea what they are doing it appears my parcels have vaporized into the other. Eventually I spoke with a pleasant young man who informed me that gls had no idea where my goods were and I needed to open a claim with isreali post. Without a track and trace number. Go figure that.Gls certainly deserve their 89% useless service rating on trustpilot. Gls Ireland are striving to enhance their 62% useless rating also.If you actually want a laugh inform the agent you are recording the call. Its hilarious. Dont worry too much about the answers given on here by gls to reviews, pretty much hot air and lip service. They dont really care.There is a reason these people work for gls and not a reputable company. Avoid gls. If you see them as your shipper contact the vendor and change. It's worth the extra few quid
